What can I do? Scenario: I’ve asked my soon to be ex for my car keys several days now and he still takes the car?

Q: I have asked my soon to be ex-boyfriend to give me back my car key. I never gave him permission once I decided to end the relationship. He still insists on taking the car so I don’t even have access to my car. He doesn’t respond to my calls and I am tired of asking for my key. He gets belligerent and starts yelling and I am just tired. He also won’t leave my livingroom for 4 months which is public domain. I can’t even ask friends or family over. I feel like a prisoner in my own home. I am the sole owner of the car and home. I realized the relationship is toxic and are taking steps. /but he refuses to return my car key.
