Q: What does the information found in eTrack Supreme Court website mean?

A: Generally the notes indicate the Court has signed the Judgment of Divorce. It may still take a week or two (sometimes longer) for it to be “entered” in the clerk’s office. When the Judgment’s entered, you can retrieve a copy & you’re then officially divorced (though a copy should be served on the opposing party). Call a Westchester Uncontested Divorce Attorney for a full assessment.
