3 year son hurt during temp legal joint custody?

Q: My 3 year old son was hurt during his visit with father and sprain his knee. Also, he looses weight on his visits. Is this something I can bring up in court?

A: The mere fact that the child was hurt isn’t necessarily an issue. Kids do get hurt all the time without it necessarily being the “fault” of a parent.
