Q: If I make 200,000 a year. It’s a percentage of whatever I make period or is there a max income amount?

A: David’s Answer: The general rule is that the presumptive calculations are capped at a combined income of $175,000. That said, the Court does have the power to deviate up or down, depending on a host of factors.
