What should I do about an ex refusing to give me medical information about our son?

Q- I am going through a custody battle with my ex right now we have a temporary order and we both have joint legal custody I’ve tried to ask her for information about my son’s speech therapist and the number to call her and she refuses to give me the number to the therapist to call I have no other way of getting in contact with the therapist what are my options from here in making her complying?

A- You may need a more specific order. If your temporary order does not specifically require her to produce names & contact information for providers and/or specifically to allow each party to independently contact the providers, then your order may need to say that.
