What is next step I can take when custodial parent doesn’t pick up child?

Q: I have my son through court order friday-sunday. I have contacted the mother on Sunday to know if she is home or not for me to drop him off but no answer. This is not the first or second time this has happened. She already has an open child services case for neglect.
