What do you do if a law guardian for my daughter seems bias? This is a custody for 50/50, which I am fighting.

Q- The law guardian for my daughter doesn’t talk to me, but continuously speaks to father. I have tried to speak to her. She once said something that was incorrect that my ex said. She only is listening to one side. My ex calls her regularly. Is this allowed by law?

A- The short answer is that an AFC is entitled to be biased – in favor of his/her client. That said, to the degree the AFC has not spoken to you, I suggest to relate same to your counsel and have your counsel make that request of him/her.
