Q: I am filing the RJI in a divorce case contested for a PC.
Do i have to divulge on the related case section a case between my wife and in another state.
She has a Restraining order against me in another state not NY that is not pending.
We dont have children so it would not affect the outcome or is the question so broad to include any other case in another state if the same parties?
A: David’s Answer: I’d consider that a related case, yes. It’s best to put it down. Schedule a consult with a NYC Divorce attorney for more info. — David Bliven, Bronx Divorce Attorney, (www.Blivenlaw.net)
