Q– I have legal joint custody of my daughter with my daughter’s father. I have 4 overnight extra a month than he does. He has every other weekend Thurs night to Sunday afternoon. I have Friday night to Monday night every other weekend. He has him Tues to Wednesday and I have Wednesday to Thurs. He thinks we have 50/50. I tried to tell he doesn’t. Am I right?
A– Unless I’m misunderstanding something, it appears he has 3 consecutive overnights, then you have 3 consecutive overnights – and then you each get 1 extra overnight per 14-day period. If so, it appears to be shared access time. Thus, I’d need to know more about why you believe you have 4 extra overnights per month.
