Is there any legal action I can take after discovering that the mother of my child is recording FaceTime calls with my 7-year-old daughter?

Q: I facetime with my 7 year old daughter on a daily basis based on a custody agreement. we get to speak for 20minutes a day. i just gather proof that her mother is screen recording our calls without my consent and my daughter also doesn’t know about it. there is nothing in the agreement that states she can record the calls.
