Is it considered retaliation if my ex called CPS on me and accused me of smoking marijuana after I put him on child support?

Q: So I am a mother of 3, and I have smoked Marijuana for most of my adult life. Prior to my last child, my ex who is the child’s father knew all along that I smoked. He never had a problem, had his baby never had a problem. Now I have filed for child support and I have cps at my door, because I smoke Marijuana. I believe this is retaliation, plus he has tried to use it against me in many arguments, but only made a move on it to give me allegations while questioning my motherhood, stability, and who I am as a person, after I filed for child support. So is this retaliation and what can I do about it, as yes I smoke Marijuana, but I work 60 plus hours a week. My daughter is almost a college graduate, my oldest son is in all honors classes, and my little guy is amazing. I have also recently been accepted to graduate school to further my career and education. I don’t need this drama and I enjoy smoking Marijuana especially after a long days work. He did this because he doesn’t want to pay not for concern what can I do, just being honest.
