If my daughter’s father and I have 50/50 physical custody, but I have final decision-making authority, can I still file for child support in NYC?

Q: Myself and my daughters father share 50/50 physical custody with my daughter with me having final authority over decisions regarding our daughter. legally where my daughter resides is my address. my daughter has asked me to buy her clothing and prepare food for her while she’s at her dads house. majority of communication when it comes to our daughter is with my daughters fathers mother and when i ask my daughter has she ask her dad to buy her clothes etc, she saids he doesn’t , her grandmother is the one that buys her clothes. I don’t request money from him and he doesn’t request money from me in terms of our daughter however if her glasses breaks then he pays to repair it.
