How to request a copy of court documents?

Q: When your financial documents are submitted in a child support case as evidence/exhibits for a fact finding hearing….can parties of the case request the court for a copy of these documents?

A: You can – but you’re best advised to keep copies for yourself. Indeed, all exhibits should be copied to each side – so if you did not receive a copy of exhibits uploaded by the opposing party, you should first contact that party & request same.
