Father and I are currently in court for custody- no final agreement as yet. What is the appropriate sleeping arrangements for my 5 year son when he’s with his father?

Q: The father lives in a 1 bedroom apartment with the living room and kitchen combined. Although my son has his own bed, whenever his girlfriend is over, my son’s bed is pulled into the living room/kitchen. Within the last 12 months, my son has witness 3 separate woman (not at the same time) sleeping in bed with his father.
