Can I request family counseling in child support hearing?

Q: My child is 5 and very smart her dad walked away from us a couple of months and he’s not there for her at all and never provided a dime and ignores her when she calls him. My little girl is so hurt and I need to take him to child support. She states things like mommy why daddy hates me and wants me dead and wanted me aborted and why do daddy say I’m a ugly little B ITCH I’m his baby I love him it breaks my heart we went though hell with him my daughter wants A sibling she feels alone but she’s not dumb she wants a sibling from her dad and I’m trying to explain to her I don’t think it’s possible it’s just a lot on a 5 year olds Brian and heart and I’m scared that she might be affected bad in the future I don’t seem to understand if her dad Came from a broken home from terrible parents why do he want to continue the pattern if he was hurt from his upbringing and expects a positive future Being a dead beat? Can I request that we all go to family therapy to mend a broken family.
