Can I refuse a court order?

Q: I recently received a false order of protection from my son against me and at my first preliminary. I don't recall the judge telling me he was going to issue a court ordered cps investigation but now I have a cps worker call me and tell me they need to interview me and investigate me but when I told her I refuse to speak to any cps workers she tells me the judge issued an order but I don't see it on the paperwork I was given in court. Should I refuse to be interviewed anyway or can I even refuse if it's a court order?

Can ACS force me to take a drug test if my wife admitted prior drug use on her behalf, yet I have no history?

Q: ACS WAS called because my wife admitted to a consolour in confidence that she was in a program( not me, her) and had relapsed about a month prior but has been clean since. The lady called acs on us. They came seen my 7 year old daughter was clean fed and in school at the top of her class. Now they are asking me to take a drug test and I do not feel I should subject myself the embarrassment of having to urinate in front of another man. Can I be forced to do so.

Can I sue ACS, live in the Bronx. Acs violated my rights and took my kids from me in court?

Q: We had false alligations against (currently in court) my husband and myself which led to acs taking my kids from me while in court. They lied and told us we have to be in court because they have a warrent for my husband arrest which was not true. We never even had an acs case in court, but when we did show up to court they took our kids and kept us from seeing them for almost 2 weeks. We only saw them once. We had a 2 week long 1028 hearing because apparently the judge was also clueless as to what was going on. ACS lied to the judge telling her they sent us letters to come to court (no letters ever sent to our home). So they was able to file a petition for our kids to be removed from us. We did get them back home. However our kids are still traumatized and their clothes, sneakers, and even my daughter's prescription glasses were all stolen while my kids were at the children's center, although this happened about a month ago. According to the court acs has failed to prove the imminent danger which they claimed led to them taking our kids in the first place.

My son was removed from my care under suspicious circumstances by ACS.

Q: My son was removed from my care under suspicious circumstances by ACS. Though I'm the one charged with neglect, they have put him in unsavory situations that he never would have been in had he still been in my care. He was also given Risperdal though I would not give consent. He was supposed to be returned to me a long time ago, but ACS creates different reasons not to return him.
