Mother Tells Daughter Inappropriate Subject Matter & Know Daughter Is Emotionally Screaming For Help?

Q: Recently, my sister lost custody of her daughter to her ex husband. She has visitation and in the beginning the child was crying that she did not want to go see her mother yet her father made every and all attempts to make it work. He is a decent guy and has devoted his life now to raising my 7 year old niece but recently it has come out that my sister is telling my niece things very inappropriate, such as: priests are gay and molest children, she talks about nudity, introduced her to transgender lifestyle (although she is straight), asks if daddy touches or sleeps with her , told her she’s starting to get “boobs” and so on and on. What’s next? Sex & birth control pills?
As far as I’m concerned, my sister is destroying her own child just to get back at a man that left her and should either have no visitation or supervised visitation. This is a beautiful young girl with only good thoughts and loves everyone and is afraid of her mother.
I know you will say that the child’s father should contact his attorney but I am dyeing inside to see this child wither with frustration and torment…please offer advice to what you believe should be done.

A: The issue would be how to prove it, and whether a Judge will find the admitted comments inappropriate (enough). The best thing to do is for the father to raise concerns to Mother in writing & see what she says about it.
