I Have A Visitation Matter Re Our Twins, Coming Before Our Divorce Judge In Supreme Court. I Was Seriously Mentally Ill 10 .

Q: years ago and was successfully treated. I dutifully take my meds, just as a precaution against a relapse. and have not had so much as a depressive day since. My wife will have physical custody and we will have joint legal custody; that has been agree on. I want unsupervised visitation. I've earned it after all these years and my wife, just to be difficult, opposes it. The main problem now, is that I was evaluated by a forensic psychologist, who knows about my illness. I found a case of his on Google, "for all to see", and he is going to testify in court. Can the "damaging" info. be testified to "off the record"? "Nobody" knows about my illness and I'm a highly-respected professional in my field. I am afraid!

Divorce filed but husband doesn't want to divorce. How can this affect me if I want to remarry?

Q:  I filed divorce but my husband doesn't want to divorce (Muslim Family Law). My marriage contract doesn't include permission for me to divorce my husband. That's why I have to file a case and it might take unto 2 years to settle. In current situation, how can I remarry? The marriage was conducted in Bangladesh (Muslim Family Law).

Pre-Martial Funds of my dad transferred back to him during marriage. Are they subject to equitable distribution?

Q:  I am going through a divorce. My wife's attorney did not serve discovery request on me during the time period allocated. I was recently informed that my wife changed lawyers (3 days before scheduled ESP). Her new lawyer is claiming to file to a motion to ask for discovery to be done based on the grounds of malpractice by my wife's previous lawyer. They want to get discovery done on the grounds that my wife believes I have transferred martial funds to my dad, when it was infact the pre-marital funds that was left with me by my dad before marriage.

Armed police entered my premises without court order or a warrant and removed my son from our house.

Q: Because my wife has a back condition, and because the pregnancy wasn't apparent until rather late, she tested positive for opiates. Long story short, we have arranged for my son to stay with his grandparents while visiting with us was at our mutual discretion. Court order assigning custody makes no mention of visitation restrictions beyond the fact that it must be acceptable to all parties. In any case, my parents live next door and my son often stays with them. Several police officers showed up at our door, requested entry. I responded that they would need a warrant. They said that they would only like to see the baby. I told them that I will bring him to them. As I went back inside they went in, searched, found nothing, yet removed my son. he story but this is the crux of it.

Will a filed uncontested divorce go through without the notice of continuation of health care coverage signed

Q: My husband and i worked with a mediator and reached a settlement that we signed and notarized and i delivered upon with in 10 days of signing. we also signed and notarized all other papers needed. he didn't sign one, the paper that stated he was aware he'd need to cover his own health insurance. he seemed to wanted to use it as leverage for getting one of our pets. Both i and the paralegal contacted him several times asking to send the last piece of paper and he never responded. The paralegal and i decided to file without it. I'm wondering if you think that will stand in the way of the divorce going through. it has been 3 months since i filed and i have not heard yet. what should i do

In the case of an uncontested divorce should I file for a fault or no-fault divorce?

Q: My husband cheated on me and may agree to an uncontested divorce. However he often changes his mind and has an unreliable personality. In spite of what he promised, I am prepared to the possibility of him changing his mind and not signing an uncontested divorce agreement but I want to make an attempt and serve him divorce papers for an uncontested divorce. If I opt for a no fault divorce would I be able to change the category to a fault one, in case he ended up not signing the papers and making things more complicated? He cheated on me for an entire year and has been verbally abusive for three years. I have evidence and witnesses.
