During contested divorce, should I inform the Court that my wife, being 2 weeks pregnant took a handful of sleeping pills?

Q: My spouse filed for divorce asking for full custody of a 4 yo daughter. She is a very emotional person. There was an incident in November of 2010 when she took a handful of sleeping pills after I informed her that I wanted to end the relationship. We were unmarried at the time and I was sick of her constant emotional swings. I all forgot about the incident but since she filed for divorce I want to tell the court about it. I probably saved her life by giving her water, inducing her to throw up and called 911 immediately. A couple of weeks after the incident she told me she was one month pregnant.

A: David's Answer: If you have concerns that this bares on her fitness, then yes. Ultimately if she denies it, you may need to prove it by subpoening either the EMS or Hospital records. That said, if the child was left in her care by you, it may be a muted issue.
